March Surprise | Microsoft Bing with ChatGPT Launching Soon Post author By Gurpreet Kaur Post date January 18, 2023 TABLE OF CONTENT Last Updated on July 14, 2024 by Gurpreet Kaur Microsoft’s Bing search engine is set to be improved with the addition of OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot technology. Highlights: Microsoft intends to incorporate artificial intelligence from OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot into its Bing search engine in order to enhance results. It is projected that this new capability will be available by the end of March, with the aim of giving Microsoft an advantage over Google. Microsoft made a substantial investment in OpenAI of $1 billion in 2019, and the two businesses have been working together on incorporating GPT into Bing since then. It is said that Microsoft is aiming to revise its Bing search tool with OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot AI, which will allow it to offer full sentences as responses to search inquiries instead of just a list of links. It is anticipated that the latest addition will be available by the end of March, aiming to give Microsoft an advantage over Google, its biggest search competitor. Microsoft is expecting to receive a profit from the $1 billion they put into OpenAI in 2019. It is still unclear how Bing will incorporate OpenAI’s technology. This is all the information we have pertaining to the collaboration between Microsoft and OpenAI, and the potential of the software to enhance the use of Bing. Also Read: Google Link Spam Update 2022 Partnership: Microsoft & OpenAI The collaboration between Microsoft and OpenAI has been highly publicized in the tech world, especially after news was released in October 2022 that Microsoft was in discussion to make a huge second investment, worth billions, in the artificial intelligence field. In 2019, Microsoft made an initial investment in OpenAI that included a pact to incorporate some components of GPT into Bing. Since their partnership, Microsoft and OpenAI have been exploring how GPT can be incorporated into Bing to make the user experience better, though it’s uncertain if the existing version of GPT will be in use. In 2021, OpenAI rolled out GPT-3, followed by a revised model, GPT-3.5, which was employed in the ChatGPT tool. They announced that they are creating an even more advanced version, GPT-4, but they have yet to give an expected timeline for when it will be available. How Microsoft Uses OpenAI’s Technology? Microsoft is utilizing OpenAI’s cloud services in applications that enable people to generate text, code, and imagery with simple commands and train artificial intelligence models with online data. Microsoft has incorporated OpenAI’s technologies into a few of its business customer applications. Additionally, they have made GPT-3 and Dall-E 2 accessible to enterprise customers as part of their Azure server and cloud computing services. In June 2022, Microsoft presented Copilot, a subscription offering that makes use of OpenAI’s programs to help software developers automatically generate code. It appears that the next step in the OpenAI and Microsoft collaboration will involve integration with Bing, which prompts worries as these models have been known to generate offensive or inaccurate results at times. Given the AI advances that Google has made, even Google has been cautious to introduce a chatbot such as ChatGPT. Why is Microsoft so sure that they can include ChatGPT into Bing search without endangering the faith and status of the consumers? Microsoft has not disclosed what measures it will take to prevent errors or address issues with inappropriate content, such as the one it experienced with its Tay chatbot in 2016. It is important to remember that OpenAI plans to charge for ChatGPT eventually, similar to the fees they charge to those who use GPT to create automated text programs. That could make Bing one of the only free sources of access to GPT. ← Google Ads vs. Facebook Ads | Which is Better? is WordPress or Shopify better for SEO? → Search for: Recent Posts The Role of LSI Keywords in Modern SEO Strategies How to Rank on Top YouTube Searches Benefits of Local SEO for Pest Control Service Local SEO Agency in Maryland Local SEO for Doctors: Increase Appointments with Online Visibility Affiliate Marketing AI SEO Services Amazon PPC Amazon PPC Managment Amazon SEO Content Writing Dental PPC Dental SEO Digital Marketing Digital Marketing Packages Digital Marketing Strategy E-Commerce Education Marketing Services Facebook Ads Agency for Ecommerce Facebook Ads Services Facebook marketing services Gemini SEO GEO Marketing Google Ads Google Ads Management Google SEO Google Updates Healthcare SEO Healthcare SEO Services How to Generate leads Lead Generation Lead Generation for Healthcare Lead Generation for Lawyers Link Building Marketing Services Mobile App Development Multilingual SEO New Amazon PPC Managment On Page SEO ORM Services Pay Per Click Pest Control SEO Services Podcast Marketing Services PR Marketing PR News Real Estate Lead Generation Real estate seo services Roofing SEO SearchGPT SEO For Accountants Seo for Adult Seo for Adult Seo for Casino SEO For Cryptocurrency SEO for Electricians SEO for hair salons SEO for hospitality SEO for Lawyers SEO For Locksmith SEO for Plastic Surgeons SEO for Plumbers SEO For Restaurant SEO for SPA SEO Packages SEO Services SEO Services for Hotels SEO Services for Photographers SEO Techniques shopify seo services Social Media Services Uncategorized Web Designing Web Development White Label App Marketing White Label Digital Marketing Services White Label PPC Marketing White Label SEO Services Woocommerce SEO Services Youtube Marketing Do You Want More Leads and Traffic for Your Business?
